The greatest mistake is to discuss worries. And sometimes, praying about it. 😉😉
Praying might sound awkward to you but it is true. When one is worried and takes prayer for an alternative, they end up becoming anxious and nervous to see or receive answers to their prayers and end to their worries. But you know prayers don’t work that way.
So what happens when you are worried and you pray and answers don’t come instantly… You get worried again and more worried.
As for me, prayers might not be a remedy for worries. But faith sure is.
Worries walks into the mind because it finds an empty space. So, the best way to fight worries is to fill that space up. Books which can also be the Bible or other fiction and nonfiction books, comic movies, high praise and dancehall music and another thing that revives the soul is good for depression and worries.
